Gluten Free Recipe: Aioli

IMG_1451I’m not big on promoting supermarkets or brands but this whole egg mayonnaise is a really good quality. To make Aioli, simply crush 1 clove of garlic into 4 generous dessert spoons of mayonnaise and stir well. Serve with burgers, oven baked chips and salad, along with a tomato relish. It really is delicious.

IMG_1455Gluten Free Note: to bind burgers without breadcrumbs, use a sprinkling of polenta and egg. Not too much polenta! The mixture can become quite dry.
