Wash and cut two leeks. Put in a large saucepan with three cloves of garlic, a tablespoon of oil and three chicken flavoured (actually vegetarian) Massel stock cubes. Gently fry until the leeks collapse.
Add one head of roughly chopped cauliflower. continue to fry a little to coat the cauliflower with the onion mix.
Add water to cover and simmer for around 20 minutes. Blend until very, very smooth.
Sprinkle with black pepper and serve with toast soldiers. I had GO-
