Succulent, juicy, caramelised and fragrant, is how I would describe this recipe. It was provided to my by a friend who was not very exact in his measurements so feel free to taste as you go!.
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon smokey BBQ sauce
A generous pinch of dried chilli flakes
3-4 pork loin chops
Mix together the first five ingredients to create the marinade. Completely cover the loin chops in marinade and leave for at least one hour. Grill or BBQ the loin chops. Heat the remaining marinade for a quick sauce.
