What to Feed Your Kids When They Won’t Eat Breakfast

BREAKFAST BERRY SMOOTHIES

 Berry Smoothie

3/4 cup mixed frozen berries, nuked in the microwave for 90 seconds

2 ripe bananas

5 dessert spoons of natural yoghurt

2 generous swooshes of milk, enough to moisten the mixture

Method:

Blend together until ‘smoothieish’. Makes 2 big glasses. Goes down quick and easy.
